A CFA spokesperson has confirmed firefighters deemed the incident under control at 3.08pm on Thursday afternoon.
They said crews located a dump truck which was unloaded at a rest stop on the Midland Highway near Bagshot.

EMERGENCY services have been called to a truck fire near Huntly on Thursday afternoon.
CFA crews were notified of a dump truck on fire on the Midland Highway just north of Huntly at 2.35pm.
A vehicle from Huntly is on scene and working to put out the blaze with support form Fire Rescue Victoria.
Police have been requested for traffic control.
It is currently unclear how the fire started.
