THE Huntly community shouted for joy at the weekend as Huntly Primary School celebrated its 150th anniversary. Beginning on Saturday with a street procession, the event attracted past and present sudents and teachers and community groups. A highlight was a float featuring a 150th-birthday cake made by parent Lisa Naughton. The official welcome took place at noon, before further celebrations took place. Other activities on offer as part of the celebrations on Saturday included tours of the school and games.
