The Simon & Garfunkel Story
Following a sold out season in London, The Simon & Garfunkel Story has returned to Australia for a national tour.
Performing across the country, this production tells the tale of how two young boys from New York went on to become the world’s most successful music duo of all time.
The performance features UK performers Philip Murray Warson as Paul Simon and Charles Blythe as Art Garfunkel.
Relive all the songs and stories that shaped the duo, their split and their seperate careers in this performance.

Bendigo Bush Poets
Bendigo and Central Goldfields Bush Poets present their concert this weekend.
This free event features an afternoon of Australian entertainment, lots of poets, fun and music.
Walk up bush poets and songsters are made most welcome in the supportive atmosphere.

Evening Dance
Does an evening of dancing, music and like minded company appeal to you? If so, head over to this event for a Saturday evening dance.
The dance features music by Rita and Bob, a home cooked supper and a raffle and prizes.

Guitars and Voices
The St Paul's Proms Series continues this weekend with even more music.
Enjoy some of Bendigo’s best local talent with an afternoon of three short perfomances.
These performances include, The Guitar Collaboration, Pamela Jackson (soprano) and Bendigo Chamber Choir.
After each performance, you have the chance to meet the artists over refreshments.
Tickets $8 a session or $20 for all three. School children free.

Weekly Storytime
Join Lucky on a colourful rug and dive into exciting story adventures.
For 30 minutes, children and parents can hear stories filled with inspiring characters and messages which will help little ones develop their language and listening skills.
There will also be a few songs and a little bit of dancing too.
Children (including babies) of all ages are welcome.
Storytime runs weekly and sometime features a special author or illustrator.
Squishy Minnie Bookstore is a breast and bottle feeding friendly space.

When: Thursday, August 23, from 10.30am.
Family Dance
The Bush Dance and Music Club are holding a family friendly dance this weekend.
The evening features a program of old time and bush dances and music will be played by the Emu Creek Bush Band.
There will also be a raffle and lucky door.
Everyone welcome. Tickets $8 adults and children under 16 years free.
A plate of supper would also be appreciated.
