The Foxes were unable to combat Malavisi, who jagged the brilliant figures of 5-5 off seven overs as Raywood was all out for 62.
It’s not the first time this season Malavisi has decimated an opposition. He also took 6-11, including a hat-trick, against Bagshot in round three.
Raywood had been 4-57 before losing 6-5 to be all out in the 30th over.
Heathcote took 13 overs to answer with 1-64 and win by nine wickets.
• Second-placed Dingee rounded out its home and away season by defeating top side Elmore.
The Blowflies inflicted just the second loss of the season on the Redbacks with their three-wicket win.
Elmore compiled 135 batting first after being sent in, with the innings held together by 72 from opener Matt Gilmour.
Scott Lawry snared 4-26 for Dingee, which included the key scalp of Gilmour.
Dingee chased its target down in the 34th over, reaching 7-136 in what was a much improved effort from the previous week when the Blowflies had been bowled out for 45 by Raywood.
Opener Kyle Patten led the successful run-chase with 63.
Gun all-rounder Gilmour backed up his 72 with 2-26 for Elmore to end the home and away season as both the NUCA’s leading run-scorer (428) and wicket-taker (33).
• After playing in the past two grand finals Goornong has claimed the wooden spoon, but ended its season on a winning note with a five-wicket win over Calivil.
After bowling the Demons out for 118, the Mountain Goats replied with 5-125.
• Bagshot warmed up for its return to the finals for the first time in three years with a 58-run win over Colbinabbin.
Led by 40 from Aaron Wheelhouse the Razorbacks rallied from 6-98 to reach 9-173, while Colbinabbin was all out for 115.
