The Hawks host the Goers at Canterbury Park in this weekend’s round 10 Saturday-Sunday fixture, which have been reduced to 75 overs a side because of the heat.
The Goers sit in third position on the ladder and this weekend’s result shapes as being telling on their season with the chance to move 15 points clear of the fifth-placed Hawks with a victory.
However, if the Hawks were to prevail they would close the gap to just three points to Bendigo and tighten the race for the finals right up.
Last time – Eaglehawk 116 & 6-141 d Bendigo 110.
