The match at Club Court was the only EVCA game on Saturday to get through the day’s play on what was a rain-affected start to round 11.
The other three division one games have now reverted to ordinary conditions.
The Crows had plenty of batsmen get starts in their innings – 10 made double figures – but none were able to cash in, with No.10 James Fox’s 42 the top score.
The Crows were in danger of being bowled out for under 200 when they fell to 8-174
However, Fox and captain Alex Sutton (26) teamed for a valuable 56-run stand for the ninth wicket to give the Crows some late momentum.
Earlier, openers Brannon Stanford (36) and Joel Bish (26) put on 56 for the first wicket to get the Crows away to a solid start.

Having won the toss and batted, the Panthers were one stage 0-52 with openers Scott Ross (25) and Chris Dixon (25) at the crease, but lost 4-16 to crash to 4-68, with Rob Brown (2-16) and Josh Sheehan (2-10) picking up two wickets each during the flurry.

Boe Bish (17 n.o.) in his first hit of the season and Darren De Marchi (17 n.o.) were the not out batsmen for the Redbacks, who one stage had been 3-13 and then 4-36.
Among the early West Bendigo wickets to fall was the competition’s leading run-scorer Travis O’Connell, who was caught by Phil Berry off James Pietromonaco (1-12) for five.
• Just 18.2 overs were played in the contest between United and Golden Gully.
The Tigers were sent in and were 2-49 when play was called off, with James Smith (19 n.o.) and Keiran Nihill (4 n.o.) to resume the innings next week.
• Meanwhile, Emu Creek’s division two side had a big day with the bat in its game against Axe Creek, plundering 9-406.
The Emus’ innings included a 201-run opening stand between Luke Bennett (114) and Shane Hamilton (111), who both scored centuries.
Hamilton also scored a century (121) against the Cowboys in round four.
The innings also produced a fine bowling performance from the Cowboys’ Chris Lever, who took 7-56 off 17 overs.
NORTHERN UNITED
Raywood won the NUCA’s first Queens Arms Hotel Twenty20 title with a comfortable 46-run win over Calivil in Saturday night’s final.
