Vlaeminck suffered a dislocated shoulder when fielding a ball for the VicSpirit against South Australia at the MCG in a Women’s National Cricket League match in November.
The 19-year-old has made a strong recovery and on Monday was named in the Renegades’ squad of 15 for this week’s three matches against the Sydney Sixers on Tuesday and Wednesday and the Melbourne derby against the Stars on Saturday.
The Renegades are in fourth place on the ladder with a 3-2 record. The Sixers are second with a 4-2 record, while the Stars are seventh with one win from five games.
