Dwyer will line up for Carlton’s fourth XI in the Blues’ game against Kingston Hawthorn at Princes Park on Saturday.
The hard-hitting left-hander has cracked scores of 61 n.o., 67 and 61 in his past three innings for the Rams, who are sitting second on the ladder and coming up against a United side that was belted by West Bendigo last round to now have a 3-3 record.
Last time: Sedgwick 4-194 d United 152.
Prediction: Sedgwick.

Spring Gully v West Bendigo
Had this game been played a month ago you wouldn’t have thought twice about tipping Spring Gully, which is still the only undefeated team.
But on the back of the Redbacks’ recent form, they will go into this clash riding the confidence of back-to-back wins by a combined 264 runs against United and Marong.
The big wicket for the Crows will be that of Travis O’Connell, who last week scored a West Bendigo record 208, while there are plenty of key players the Redbacks will need to nullify, including Joel Bish, Rhys Webb and Lachlan Brook, who have all made centuries this season.
The Redbacks haven’t won three in a row since 2013-14 – the season they last made the finals.
Last time: Spring Gully 9-265 d West Bendigo 150.
Prediction: Spring Gully.
MANDURANG v MARONG
The season continues to prove tough going for Marong, which is now 0-6 and been bowled out for first innings scores of just 104 in its past two games.
New coach Tom Wilson is getting the job done with the ball with 16 wickets, including 11 in the past two games, but he’s going to need more support if the Panthers are to upset the 4-2 Rangas.
Last time: Mandurang 6-224 d Marong 8-174.
Prediction: Mandurang.

GOLDEN GULLY v MAIDEN GULLY
How the mighty have fallen.
Last season Golden Gully was the toast of the EVCA in winning its first division one premiership. It’s a much different story this season, with the Cobras now 1-5, including an outright loss to Sedgwick last week.
Maiden Gully will be aiming to steady its season, having lost its past two games after earlier making an encouraging 3-1 start in its first four games.
Last time: Maiden Gully 9-160 d Golden Gully 94.
Prediction: Maiden Gully.
