Detectives from the Sporting Integrity Intelligence Unit executed two warrants in Shelbourne on Tuesday.
A 60-year-old man was arrested and interviewed, and was released pending summons.
A spokesperson for Victoria Police said the investigation remains ongoing.
The Sporting Integrity Intelligence Unit was established in 2013 to investigate allegations of corruption across various sports in Victoria.
The investigation into the harness racing industry has resulted in criminal charges against a father-and-son team from near Mildura, and their suspension from the sport until 2027.
