It is Cr Pollard’s third term as mayor. He previously served as mayor for 12-months from November, 2011.
He was elected at a special meeting of council with Darryl Warren elected as deputy mayor to replace Graeme Milne.
“I would like to thank my fellow Councillors and also my family for their support over the last 12 months,” Cr Pollard said.
“It has been an exciting year for Buloke. The Council Plan was a highlight for council and community, and our Buloke Major Projects Pipeline document is delivering great results.
“With funding streaming into the shire for recreational lakes and important projects like Buloke 2030 and Charlton 2020 amongst others, it is important we keep up the momentum.”
