The images detail the new car park, helipad and two-storey air link bridge over Arnold Street that will join the car park and helipad to the hospital building.
The bridge will be 65 metres long, weighing 120 tonnes.
A total of 505 car parks will be constructed in the new multi-storey car park.
Bendigo Health chairman Bob Cameron said the air link bridge will unite the two campuses into one health precinct.
The bridge will allow patients to be transported to and from the hospital by helicopter directly without needing to be transported to and from the airfield.
The stage two development is on track for completion by mid-2018.
