Bendigo Pioneer Davis – who leads the club’s goalkicking this season with 18 – is among 55 players selected for the Victorian State Combine testing.
The Rookie Me Combine will feature Bendigo Pioneer Jones, as well as VFL-listed players Strachan (Essendon) and Hore (Collingwood).
Strachan, from South Bendigo, and Hore, from Leitchville-Gunbower, are among only 10 VFL-listed players who will be part of the Victorian State and Rookie Me combines.
Essendon’s James Ferry, who is aligned to Gisborne, will also test at the Rookie Me Combine.
State combine testing will also be held in South Australia and Western Australia.
