Associations from Bendigo, Dandenong, Geelong, Diamond Valley, Ringwood, La Trobe Valley and Sunraysia will converge on Bendigo to contest the championships.
The Bendigo team features its largest contingent of girls to represent the association at the championships, with Mikayla Ralton, Georgia Smith, Lilly Czuczman, Phoebe Martin and Della Czuczman all part of the squad.
Action begins at 9am on Saturday.
Bendigo will play its first game of the tournament when it takes on Sunraysia from 11.30am on Saturday on diamond two.
