They faced a bail justice in a remand hearing this evening.
Two men and a woman were remanded until Monday when they will face the magistrate’s court.
A 32-year-old Bendigo man has been charged with 20 offences including theft of motor vehicle.
A 35-year old Bendigo man has been charged with four offences including driving offences and handling proceeds of crime.
A 28-year old Bendigo woman has been charged with four offences including drug possession and bail offences.
UPDATE 4.30pm: Bendigo police sergeant Steve Rainey said those arrested in Smith Street this afternoon have yet to be charged.
“They will be charged. They will face an out of sessions hearing to remand them over the weekend with the intent to present them to the magistrate’s court on Monday,” Sergeant Rainey said.
“One man who was arrested in Commins Place was released with further inquiries pending.”
Sergeant Rainey said there were no other developments on Aaron Burzacott, Jordan Smith and Jesse Ruff.
“They can run but they can’t hide. We will keep checking and working with the intel and information we have and they will be found,” he said.
EARLIER: A major operation in Smith Street, North Bendigo, concerning wanted men Aaron Burzacott, Jordan Smith and Jesse Ruff has concluded with the arrest of a fourth man connected to the wanted group.
Two other people are also in custody.
Burzacott, 34, is one of four ‘dangerous’ men on the run from police and believed to be armed.
- The Bendigo Advertiser understands the group is connected to a recent shooting in White Hills where an East Bendigo man suffered minor facial injuries
- It is understood Burzacott was released from jail in May and is currently wanted for several matters including failing to appear at court while on bail and theft charges. He is also wanted in relation to a number of recent crimes in Bendigo, Echuca and Rochester
- The Critical Incident Response Team from Melbourne is on scene in North Bendigo
- Traffic is being diverted around the scene and the sound of breaking glass can at times be heard from nearby streets

UPDATE 2.30pm: Police have arrested one of four wanted men they have been tracking following a siege in North Bendigo.
The 32-year-old man was taken into custody on Friday along with another 35-year-old Bendigo man and a 28-year-old Bendigo woman.
Another woman who was assisting police with their inquiries was released without charge.
Aaron Burzacott, Jordan Smith and Jesse Ruff remain at large and Acting Inspector Craig Gaffee said the search would continue. He moved to reassure the public there was no cause for alarm.
“We encourage members of the public to continue to provide information, which they have been, which has proved invaluable to our investigation,” he said.
“We continue our investigations to locate these people using both local and state resources.”

A second person has now been taken into custody.
11.50am:
POLICE are conducting a major operation in North Bendigo.
Officers have surrounded a house in Smith Street and are communicating with its occupants via loud speaker.
One person is in custody and police are urging others to come out of the house.
