The Dandenong man is facing 21 charges, including reckless conduct endangering life, evade police, reckless conduct endangering serious injury, dangerous driving and refusing an oral fluid test.
He faced an out of sessions court last night where he was remanded in custody to appear in the Bendigo Magistrates Court today.
The charges relate to the driving on the Calder Freeway, which police tracked from the air.
