The driver, a 40-year-old male, was uninjured in the rollover and Bendigo Sergeant Mark Bell said he was very lucky.
“You need to drive to conditions no matter how familiar you are with roads,” he said.
“The best way to avoid an accident is to drive slower.”
UPDATE 7.20am: Paramedics have assessed one person at the scene of the crash, but no one has been taken to hospital.
Ambulance Victoria has now left Heenans Lane.
EARLIER: Emergency services are responding to a reported car crash in Heathcote.
A spokesperson for Ambulance Victoria said crews were called to Heenans Lane just after 6.40am for reports of a car that had over-turned.
The spokesperson said there did not appear to be any serious injuries.
There is heavy fog across central Victoria this morning, reducing visibility on the roads.
