The Larry Eastman-trained pacer had no luck in the Bendigo Cup at her previous start, but she stormed to victory in fine style at Charlton.
Aided by a great drive from John Caldow, Milly Perez ran down favourite Im Corzin Terror to win by a metre in a mile rate of 1:57.3.
The victory gave Milly Perez a career record of 16 wins from 57 starts and more than $257,000 in prize money.
