Midnight Oil today revealed it would embark on a six-month world tour before returning to Australia for 18 concerts across October and November.
Apart from two benefit concerts in 2005 and 2009, the gigs will mark the first time the Peter Garrett-led band have performed in 15 years.
The concert at Hanging Rock will take place on Saturday, November 4. Midnight Oil will be joined by the John Butler Trio and Something for Kate.
