Alessia McCaig, Michaela Meharry and Jackson Hadden will be part of a 23-rider team competing at Sydney's Duric Gray Velodrome on February 22-25.
They will be joined by fellow Bendigo and District Cycling Club rider Amber Lyons, who will contest her second national championships.
The quartet's selection was confirmed after a string of impressive performances at the Victorian Junior Track Championships last weekend.
Fourteen-year-old Lyons finished with one gold and two bronze medals, 13-year-old McCaig won three silvers and a bronze, while 13-year-old Hadden finished with five silvers.
Meharry, 15, narrowly missed out on a medal, finishing fourth in three events, including one in which she was the second-fastest qualifier.
Lyons, who rode at last year's championships in Launceston, urged her Bendigo teammates to enjoy their Victorian experience.
"We all just need to try our best, go our hardest and leave nothing on the track," she said.
“It’s very competitive, but being part of the team is something I love.”
The youngster was hopeful of securing a medal second time around.
