The Maryborough-born and bred guard scored eight points and dished off four assist in a 113-104 loss to Philadelphia.
Dellavedova also had one rebound and one steal.
The loss was the Bucks' fourth in their last six games, putting a further gap between themselves and the Eastern Conference's fourth-placed Atlanta Hawks.
Joel Embiid scored 12 of his 22 points in the fourth quarter for the 76ers, who won for the fourth time in five games.
The Bucks record now stands at 20-20.
Their next game is against the Rockets in Houston on Thursday.
