In 2017, the LAI will present a dynamic and engaging exhibition program that will draw upon the university’s diverse collections and showcase new work from local, national and international artists.
An exhibition by Kyneton-based artist Daniel Butterworth is currently being installed in preparation for the official launch next Thursday, January 12.
The Doug Moran and Archibald Prize finalist has created a challenging series of self-portraits that explore anxiety and depression.
Visitors can also learn more about Simon Finn’s stunning exhibition Beyond The Frustum, which has been extended until March 5 and is now accompanied by an insightful short film on show in the auditorium.
The LAI, at 121 View Street, is open from 10am-5pm Tuesday-Friday and 12-5pm Saturday and Sunday.
