Healey received the honour at the Dragons’ presentation night.
Healey has spent the past 33 years as a trainer with the Dragons where his work ethic and passion for all grades of footy and netball has only been matched by his quick wit.
Healey joins nine-time premiership coach Bob McCaskill as a legend of the club.
The Dragons capped their successful season at the presentation night.
Kristan Height added yet another trophy to his superb season when he won the club’s senior best and fairest award.
The Michelsen Medal and Nalder Medal winner polled 304 votes, 77 more than runner-up Blair Holmes.
Joel Wharton was third on 222 votes ahead of Nick Stagg (210) and Codie Price (207).
Star defender Heather Oliver was a clear winner of the A-grade netball best and fairest award.
Oliver polled in all but two of the Dragons’ games and finished with 71 votes, 32 clear of runner-up Meg Williams. Brooke Bolton was third with 35 votes.
