Horne polled 101 votes at the Magpies’ presentation night to finish 24 clear of Jarryd Graham on 77.
Another of the club’s rising stars in Kalan Huntly was third on 67 votes.
It was a tight count in the A grade netball, with Kirby Jefferies polling 22 votes to finish one clear of Alex Morcom.
