Little separated the two teams all day, with the Mean Machine overcoming a small half-time deficit to be in front at the final change.
A see-sawing contest continued in the last quarter, with Bridgewater staving off a late challenge to defeat the minor round premiers 41-39.
"Calivil had it over us all year, so we definitely came in as underdogs," Mean Machine coach Ange Tremain said.
"To get up over them by even one goal is amazing, so to have a couple of goals at the end of this was something we never expected.
"I'm very proud of the girls."
Bridgewater also won the C-grade title after defeating Calivil United 45-34.
Demons veteran Kellie Anset was best-on-court.
Mitiamo claimed the C-reserve premiership with a 44-25 win against Newbridge.
The Superoos' Louise Hocking was best-on-court.
In 17-and-under action, Inglewood capped an undefeated season with a win over Bears Lagoon-Serpentine.
Coach Vicky Tierney said her side had responded amazingly to the challenge of going into the grand final unbeaten.
"I've been in that position before and I know what it;'s like to lose, it hurts a lot," she said.
Defender Taylor Bellesini was best-on-court for the Blues.
Calivil United claimed its lone premiership with a 30-23 win in the 15-and-under game.
The Demons' Jessica Demeo was best-on-court.
