Orr’s tally of 29 votes included six best on grounds as he finished 11 clear of Charlton coach Aaron Walklate (18).
Orr was among a host of new recruits to Boort this year that helped the Magpies improve from a winless 2015 to seven victories this season.
His tally of 29 votes is the most in a Feeny Medal since 1992 when Donald’s Paul Brooks also won it with 29.
The athletic Orr was also a joint winner with St Arnaud’s Caleb Bloomer of the Tooleybuc Sporting Club President’s Award.
Multi-talented Orr has played VFL football at Frankston and had a stint with former NBL club Melbourne Dragons.
