MOSQUE objectors will find out next Wednesday if they will be able to appeal in the High Court.
The court confirmed the matter has been set down for June 15.
The brief hearing will provide an oral order of whether leave to appeal is granted or refused.
Two judges will give their decision having analysed submissions.
The High Court is expected to hand down its decision at 9.45am.
The Supreme Court of Victoria rejected an appeal in December, but objectors decided to continue their fight in the High Court.
The City of Greater Bendigo initially approved the project in June 2014, which was upheld in the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
