An incident in which a Long Gully man suffered head injuries after being tasered during an arrest in Strathdale on Monday is under review.
A Victoria Police spokeswoman confirmed the review but could not specify a time frame.
“The injury will be reviewed as with all taser incidents,” she said.
A spokeswoman for The Alfred said the man had been released from hospital yesterday.
He was transferred to Melbourne from Bendigo Health after he fell and hit his head when police tasered him.
