The 72 year-old returned from the recent World Drug Free Powerlifting Federation World Championships in the southern Sicilian town of Gela with a swag of new records.
Kostadinos set new marks in her 63kg equipped and unequipped classes.
Her equipped 87.5kg squat, 50kg benchpress and 125kg deadlift for a 262.5kg total were all new record marks.
She added four new records with an unequipped 87.5kg squat, 55kg benchpress and 130kg deadlift, for a total of 270kg.
Kostadinos, who trains at Doherty's Gym three times a week and calls weightlifting her "hobby", has no intention of slowing down.
She has already set her sights on next year's world titles in Ireland.
"I can't see myself stopping, my body is still strong," Kosatdinos said.
"As long as my body is strong, and my mind is still strong, I'll go on.
"This is my training for after work."
Introduced to weights about 15 years as a potential remedy for her injured back, Kostadinos had this advice for people her age contemplating a trip to the gym.
"Why not? The age does not make any difference," she said.
"If you feel well and you feel like you want to do it, anything you want to do you can do.
"It's all in the mind."
The event in Italy was Kostadinos' 12th world championships.
