The Harley Street Bakery in Strathdale was broken into between 5.30pm and 10pm on Thursday evening.
The offender caused damage to a door and stole a number of items of unspecific value.
Richardsons Bakery in White Hills was also broken into on Thursday evening between 5.30pm and 11pm.
The offender forced open a rear door, causing $200 damage before ransacking the store and taking an unspecified amount of cash.
Police are also seeking information about theft from a utility on in Long Gully.
A person broke into the utility in a driveway on Sparrowhawk Road, taking a camera, headlamp and cash with an estimated value of $1085.
