The partnership will allow the group's members to tap into $220,000 in support from VECCI, including membership to Victoria's largest business advocacy group.
BBC chief executive officer Leah Sertori said forming new connections across the state was a major reason for forming the alliance.
"One of the reasons we are excited about this alliance is the opportunity to offer our members a bigger platform to build business to business connections," she said.
"This alliance demonstrates that business networks offer our members more value by working together."
Members of the BBC will also be able to receive support, information and access to training from VECCI.
VECCI chief executive officer Mark Stone said the alliance will benefit both groups.
"VECCI was delighted to form the alliance with the Bendigo Business Council and is committed to the long-term relationships and benefits for members," he said.
In addition to the free membership to VECCI, members will have access to free networking events, workshops, online manuals and other tools.
