Beaten just once in its previous six matches, Kilsyth dominated most minutes on the Bendigo Stadium showcourt.
The visitors won the opening quarter, 25-16, but Bendigo hit back to be within four points at the long break.
Kilsyth's lead quickly blew out to 10 before Kelly Wilson, Tessa Lavey and Stephanie Bairstow were on target for Bendigo.
Each time Bendigo scored, Kilsyth replied emphatically and often with consecutive baskets.
By three quarter-time the Cobras led by 26 points.
Five players in the Kilsyth line-up reached double figures.
The Cobras atack was led by Cassandra Sant 20, Jordyn O'Shea 18, Sarah Parsons 17, Steph Cumming 15, and Rosie Moult 12.
Bendigo guard Kelly Wilson went on to achieve a match-high 30 points as Tessa Lavey hit 19.
Restricted by a back injury, Bendigo import Stacia Robertson played just under 14 minutes in which she racked up seven rebounds and two points.
A much taller Kilsyth team won the rebounds, 44-27, and the match, 102-70.
