A COLLECTION of local restaurants and cafés set up shop at GTM this year.
Among them was Heathcote business The Willow Room who served up regionally produced food.
Owner Jody Loam said it was something GTM was trying out.
"A friend of ours in Heathcote helps out with the Bendigo leg and put us onto it," she said.
"It is something GTM is trialling and looking at the local produce that is on offer.
"We are serving up three different rolls. An Axedale lamb, McIvor Pork and Broadford beef. It's easy to hold in your hands."
The Willow Room has been operating for three years.
"We are growing and growing," Ms Loam said.
"We have a prime setup at GTM which is good. I'll be able to listen to some new music and see Wolfmother for the first time since I was a teenager."
