A large run of good quality veal and young cattle came forward. The top vealer reached $2.64 per kilo, four to five cents dearer than last week. 

Heavy steers were in good supply and condition was very good. Prices were also very good, with  the top steer reaching  $ 2.45 cents per kilo, remaining  firm to five cents dearer.  

Medium to heavy steers  were in good supply as well. The top steer reached $2.50 per kilo. A large yarding of excellent quality cows came forward and the top cow reached $2.15 per kilo,  five to seven cents more than last week. 

Due to Lifetime Traceability scanning, cattle must be delivered to the saleyards by 9pm. All cattle must carry a NLIS ear tag before being transported.
