Bendigo dominated most minutes on the way to 105-69 victory against the Bandits at the Lauren Jackson Centre.
The Lady Braves raced to a 38-14 lead by quarter-time.
Albury hit back to win the next stanza, 26-22, but Bendigo regained control to win the second half, 50-29.
All of Bendigo’s starting five scored in double figures.
The attack was led by Kerryn Harrington, 22; Stephanie Bairstow and Stacia Robertson, 18; Tessa Lavey and Kelly Wilson, 17.
Robertson and Bairstow won 16 and 12 rebounds.
The Jonathon Goodman-coached Lady Braves are at home for next Saturday’s match against Nunawading in week three of the South East Australia Basketball League season.
