The tennis ace defeated Blake Watson 7-6, 6-3 on Wednesday.
In the girls section, third seed Olivia Ryan also claimed the under-16 title.
She defeated second seed Vanessa Cozamanis in straight sets, winning 6-3, 6-4.
Daniel Paveska won the boys 14-and-under title and Zoe Duff won the girls singles crown.
The six-day tournament will finish on Thursday with more singles and doubles finals.
Matches will begin at 9am at the Bendigo Tennis Association Complex.
