The local business took out the National Dealer of the Year for brands Heat Charm, Coonara and Arrow.
It is the second time the business has won the award, having taken it out in 2012.
Owner Brett Edwards said while the business did not set out to win awards, it was an added bonus.
"It was a shock when we got it, it was a shock when we got it the first time," he said.
Mr Edwards said he prided his business on shop layout, the variety of products and customer service.
"We have a wide variety of products. We go from high quality sorts of products to cheaper heaters, different styles. We like to help everybody's needs, everyone is different," he said.
Mr Edwards said he has owned and managed the business for about 14 years.
He said he had a number of returning customers and it was down to customer service.
"Not everybody is always happy, when it gets cold everyone gets a bit angry of course. In different situations you try and help them as best you can," Mr Edwards said.
"We have grown as a business year by year. Our stock has increased. When we first had the shop, it was only so big, we have built it up so we can have more heaters on the walls and floor."
Mr Edwards said he put the growth down to an increase in advertising.
He said the store employs one full time staff member, as well as himself and his wife.
Mr Edwards said the business was starting to get busy as the colder weather approaches.
The store is having a heating expo next week. Mr Edwards said there would be representatives from different companies going into the store to promote their products.
The store also has a range of spare parts.
Mr Edwards said people should start to think about getting their heating sorted.
"It's best to get it organised now before it does get cold because it could be a busy time when we are trying to get parts in," he said.
