Four heats of the Flack Advisory-sponsored women's 400m will be run from 3.24pm.
Bendigo athletes Sophie Taylor and Kaityn Bryce, and Strathfieldsaye's Caitlyn Hocking will chase home-track victory at the Tom Flood Sports Centre.
A year ago, Bryce won the novice 400m at the Bendigo International Madison.
The Black Pearl final is at 7.43pm on Saturday.
Two of Athletics Bendigo's classics are on Saturday.
Three heats of the Hilson Builders-sponsored Sally Conroy Memorial 200m are on from 2.59pm.
The final is on Sunday at 3.54pm.
The Flack Advisory Richard Kitt Memorial 1500m at 5.30pm on Saturday includes South Bendigo's Natasha Fitzpatrick against Brady Threlfall, Andy Buchanan, Jamie Cook, Michael Bieleny, Bec Lock, Kate Salvador, Anne Buckley, Geoff Jordan and Ebony Whiley in the field of 29 runners.
