The Spirit will host the Flames at the Bendigo Stadium on Sunday March 1 at 3pm.
Bendigo lost to Townsville in the WNBL major semi-final, but have a second chance to reach their third-straight grand final this weekend.
They will face an in-form Sydney team, who defeated the Dandenong Rangers on Saturday.
The Flames scored a come from behind win to book their spot in the preliminary final.
General public tickets for the match will go on sale via the Bendigo Stadium at 9am.
Adult tickets cost $38, concessions are $33 and a child is $28.
