The meeting
We met out one night through friends of friends.
Where Michael asked me on a date, and my sneaky friends gave him my phone number!
The proposal
Michael took me on a surprise picnic up near the top of Mt. Alexander.
After having some nibbles and champagne in the beautiful sunshine, we were about to pack up to head home when he popped the question!
The wedding day
The wedding ceremony took place on a Saturday afternoon at Echuca’s Aquatic Reserve, with many close friends and family.
We then celebrated the night away at The Mill Echuca with a cocktail reception.
The dress
My dress was from Belle’s and Bows in Eaglehawk.
It was strapless dress with a flowing layered skirt.
The cake
The cake was make by Tracey’s cakes in Echuca, which was a 2-tier caramel mud cake.
The photography
The photos were taken by Emma Clohesy from Embrace Images, who is absolutely incredible!
She allowed us to have fun and feel comfortable whist she captured lots of wonderful shots in fantastic creative locations.
The honeymoon
Just after the wedding, we stayed at Hepburn Springs for a few relaxing nights at Kudos Villas.
