He was caught at mid-off, skied shot.
Off the top of my bald head in recent years, I can recall Andrew Price making 99 for Strathdale in a semi-final against Eaglehawk at Harry Trott Oval.
And White Hills' Adam Hargreaves being run out for 99.

Just heard the round 12 Sandhurst-Strathfieldsaye game at Weeroona Oval will be played as a Saturday-Sunday next week.
That will make things interesting going into the final day of the season the following week as Strathfieldsaye may be able to seal its final berth by next Sunday night, or could be sweating on results the following week.
