The Carisbrook resident was raised on a dairy farm in Gippsland and learnt at a young age how important the conservation of Australia’s land.
Alison has been actively working in conservation for Victoria for 32 years, holding titles including the director of Central Highlands Rural Water Authority and deputy chairman of the North Central Catchment Management Authority.
