Ewan won Satuday's race at Geelong's Eastern Park ahead of Orica GreenEDGE team-mate Mitch Docker.
After a hard-fought victory in Friday's series opener at Ritchie Boulevard, Ewan reigned supreme in the hot and blustery conditions.
The young gun has raced in the Bendigo International Madison track and criterium classic.
Docker is a Bendigo International Madison champion.
Highest-placed of the Bendigo contingent in Saturday's men's elite race was Jack Haig from Avanti Racing in 10th place.
Just 24 of 88 starters completed the race.
Ewan leads the race for the series title on 24 points from New Zealand's Greg Henderson, 13, and Mitch Docker, 10.
Jack Haig is 15th on one point.
A dual Australian road champion, Gracie Elvin won Saturday's elite race for women.
Elvin made a solo break before the halfway mark and at one stage led by 98 seconds.
Orica--AIS team-mate Loes Gunnewijk won the sprint for second, 1:31 behind Elvin.
Round-one winner Chloe Hosking finished third to retain her series lead on 20 points, while Elvin is three behind.
Bendigo's Tayla Evans was 16th at 1.46 behind the race winner.
Another of Bendigo's stars, Peta Mullens who was fourth on Friday is seventh in the series standings on seven points.
In the men's support race at Eastern Park, Bendigo's Jason Lea was 15th in the sweltering conditions.
Round three in the four-leg criterium series is on Sunday at Portarlington.
Racing on The Esplanade starts with the masters event at 11am.
The men's support race starts at noon and will be followed by the women's elite duel at 1pm and men's elite at 2pm.
