Menzies Awards: 2014's most entertaining politicians

Comparisons between politics and showbiz are often made, but the truth is politicians, while possessing A-list egos, do not enjoy anything near the level of adulation and self-congratulation that is lavished upon starlets and celebrities. Q&A is no Dancing with the Stars, and even the Arts Minister doesn't make the guest list for the better film premieres. The Summer Herald has decided to address this injustice, in presenting the inaugural Menzies Awards (named after our longest surviving prime minister)- just like the Logies, but with less Kerri-Anne Kennerley.
