The BSE Dragons reached 3-98 at Champions IGA Oval in Longlea.
Connor Robertson retired on 26. Caelan Smith, 20; Riley Tresize, 19 n.o., and Jed Rodda, 19, played well.
Riley Tresize, 0-1 off three, and Wee Tha Sue Hlaing, 0-9 off three; put the heat on as Eltham scored 10 runs off the first five overs.
Mitch Graham, 2-13, and Billy Quirk, 2-17, led the way as Eltham was held to 7-70.
Smith and Rodda chipped in with a wicket apiece.
On the batting front, BSE's runs breakdown was 17 at five overs, 38 at 10, 60 at 15, and 98 at 20.
Robertson struck four fours, as Rodda and Smith scored two boundaries apiece.
Eltham's runs breakdown was 10 at five, 19 at 10, 33 at 15, 70 at 20.
Leading run-scorers for Eltham were C. McDoull 17, and B. Smith 15.
The Dennis McCormick-coached BSE boys' team will now prepare for the SSV state semi-finals to be played on December 2 in Melbourne.
The semi-final and final are played on the same day.
