Tatt teed off in a play-off with Neangar Park's Kurtis Lynch after both were level after the 36-hole stroke event.
After an exciting seven hole duel,Tatt won 74-75-149.
Winner of the D.A. Pain Cup for best gross score in division two was David Baird, 86-81-167.
Quarry Hill's Justin Ryan scored 71-69-140 to be the division one nett winner over 36 holes on a countback from Mark Tatt.
The division two nett winner was Ern Kraulis, 69-66-135.
There were 13 clubs represented in a field of 76 in Saturday's mixed pinehurst.
Gross winners were Ian Frost (Bendigo) and Tristen Wearne (Heathcote) 69.
Nett winners were Geoff Adamson and Jenni Radford, 77-10 1/8 66-7/8.
Play on Friday was the men's 4BBB.
The A-grade winners were Cameron Rochester and Craig Hodge (Neangar Park) 46 points.
Honours in B-grade went to Tim Mason and Damian Sherry (Belvoir Park) 47, on countback.
Among the many highlights in tournament week was Helen Leech's fifth consecutive victory in the women's gross championship.
Leech scored 80 to again claim the Pat Doyle Memorial Trophy.
