The Spirit defeated the Sydney Uni Flames 75-65 to book a berth in Sunday's grand final.
Kelsey Griffin led the Spirit scoring with 26 points on 9-of-13 shooting, while Belinda Snell came off the bench to score 15 points.
Sara Blicavs (10) also scored in double figures for the Spirit, who led at each of the quarter breaks.
Griffin and captain Gabe Richards both hauled down eight rebounds apiece.
Saturday night's win followed the Spirit opening their tournament on Friday night with a 73-64 victory over Adelaide.
The tournament concludes with finals day on Sunday from 9.30am.
The Spirit will take on the West Coast Waves from noon in the championship game.
