Milne polled 80 votes to be the seniors best and fairest.
Runner-up was the versatile Jake Hall on 75 votes.
A highly-prized recruit after finishing his playing days at St Kilda, Milne played a key role in Storm's run to winning the Bendigo Advertiser premiership cup for the first time.
The skilful small forward kicked 89 goals in the home-and-away series and then brought up his 100th of the season in the final quarter of last Saturday's grand final victory.
Among the many highs of Milne's first year in the Bendigo Football Netball League were winning the Ron Best Medal as the competition's leading goalkicker, joint runner-up for the Michelsen Medal, and the Derrick Filo Medal for the BFNL's best in country championship match.
The best clubperson award was presented to Dearne Cowling.
The club's presentation day on Sunday at Flight Centre Park included awards to 100-game players Kris Lea, Michael Pilcher and Lachlan Bonney who all played in the seniors premiership win.
