Gary Cooper, Katie Pearce, Julie Gardner and Brendan Baker will work together to develop the club and attract more people to the venue.
"We want to grow the amount of spectators that come to the races," Cooper said.
Cooper, who will be the club's Racing Operations manager, hoped the club could be used as a multi-purpose venue.
He said he would be looking to to attract other non-harness racing events to Lord's Raceway, in a bid to generate more income.
"The aim is to get more people into the venue and increase the revenue of the club by making it a multi-purpose venue" Cooper said.
Cooper is also the secretary of the Charlton Harness Racing Club and has been a member of the Association of Victorian Country Harness Racing Clubs executive board since 2013.
Baker, a well known personality across central Victoria, will be involved with the club's sales and marketing.
For the past two and a half years he has been involved with aviation, but says he has always had a passion for harness racing.
"I am looking forward to working in the industry and with my contacts and networks to really raise the profile of the Bendigo Harness Racing Club," Baker said.
Pearce, who will be an office administrator said she will be encouraging younger patrons to enjoy a night at the trots.
"I am focused on delivering the best membership experience for our past and new members at Bendigo Harness Racing Club," she said.
Gardner will be the catering, beverage and events coordinator at the club.
She is currently the chairperson for the General Licensee Bendigo Liquor Forum.
Gardner said she was looking forward to the challenge of enhancing the experience of the patrons at the Racing Club.
