Lexton had a 15-game winning streak ended by Carisbrook in their qualifying final last week, while Royal Park marked its first finals appearance in eight years with a 37-point victory over Campbells Creek.
Royal Park has never beaten Lexton in their six meetings, with the closest Bushy has finished being the 44 points they were beaten by in round 12.
The winner plays reigning premier Navarre next week.

The Swans were competitive in their qualifying final against power side Navarre last week in an 18-point defeat.
Newstead has been far from its best in the second half of the season and was challenged by eighth-placed Talbot in their elimination final last week, before winning by 22 points, led by five goals from Mark Ramsey.
The sides met once during the home and away season, with the Swans winning by 16 points in round eight in what was the Steaders’ first defeat.
The winner takes on Carisbrook in a preliminary final.
