Hobart advanced to the conference final with a 67-54 win over Frankston on Saturday night.
Centre Cayla Francis was the difference between the two teams.
Francis dominated inside the paint, scoring 20 points and grabbing 17 rebounds.
The Lady Braves and Lady Chargers have met twice this season, with Hobart winning both matches by eight and 10 points respectively.
The winner of the Lady Braves and Lady Chargers game advances to the major grand final - a clash with the east conference winners in the SEABL championship game on September 14.
Brisbane hosts the east conference grand final next Saturday night against the winner of today's preliminary final between Dandenong and Geelong.
The Lady Braves-Hobart grand final is at 7.30pm at Bendigo Stadium on Saturday night.
